Ours is an innovative company committed to putting our expertise to the service of our clients in order to fulfil their needs in the areas of medical transcription and translation. Our History
Transmed Center was incorporated in August 1996 and officially opened its doors in April 1997. At that time, the company consisted of four employees who are still working with us. After successfully overcoming a number of obstacles related to the millennium "bug" in 2000, the company’s growth led to a new location in 2002, to allow for more employees and a more extensive IT system to better serve an increasing number of clients. In 2003, a new centralized dictation and transcription system was installed, enabling us to greatly surpass our job creation goals.
In 2005, new shareholders joined the company’s founder. They brought with them expertise, enthusiasm and creativity, a dynamic contribution that stimulated the company’s growth. In October 2007, Transmed Center was awarded an Innovation Recognition Certificate at the annual Business New Brunswick’s Innovation Banquet.
Our Services
Transmed Center offers specialized services in medical transcription in both official languages as well as translation services for health care professionals as well as in a variety of other fields.
The company also offers a centralized dictation service available at all times.
In the interests of constantly improving our services, Transmed Center has developed a quality control and support system, and shares the results with interested employees and clients.
Currently, Transmed Center provides personalized services on a continuous basis to a multitude of clients in different provinces of Canada and produces an ever-increasing volume of high-quality documents.
